Grissini and Sticky Fingers are two restaurants recently completed for Hyatt. Located on the bank of the river Rhine in Cologne, both restaurants boast incredible views.

Grissini is a restaurant of understated elegance serving Italian cuisine. The interior combines classic forms with more contemporary elements.

The design of Sticky Fingers was urban-inspired, in keeping with their menu. Raw industrial finishes form the backdrop for colourful, street food dishes.
